Women’s Issues
A woman can be defined as… the master of “multi-tasking”
Wearing so many different hats sometimes at the same moment can be so overwhelming. Like attending to your job, attending to your home, to your partner, to your kids, to your friends, to your family, to your pets… can be draining!
In a busy world, you find yourself juggling from one task to the other without even stopping to breath. At the end of the day, you feel as if you are out of battery and have no time for yourself to be recharged.
The woman of many roles:
You feel very stressed; the moment you decide to sit and relax something comes up. You are the healer when your kids get sick, or a friend is in need of your help. You’re the maid when the house needs a cleaning. You are the chef when everyone gets hungry. You are the listener when your partner had a long day at work. You are an employee who has to meet her/his goals at work. Jumping from one role to the other has made YOU the last person on the list and life has gotten you on edge. While your busy jumping from one role to the other, you feel that you have lost yourself.
Facing the unknown…
You might be pregnant and having mixed emotions of the unknown. You don’t know what to expect and uncertain of the changes you will be going through. Your mind is going 100 miles per hour and you just want a moment of peace to re-organize your thoughts. The idea of being a new mom is overwhelming you and there is no manual for parenting. You start asking yourself “why do I feel this way; why do I do this to myself; how do I get rid of these thoughts; will I be a good parent; will I be enough?”
You are NOT alone!
